Starting weight January 315 lb
Ending weight 210
I lost 105 lbs in about 7 months I still have 20-25 pounds to go. My goal is hit 190 or if I can 185 then bulk up. 60 percent of my weight loss came from diet the 40 percent was working out. I tried 3 different gyms and so far 24 hour fitness seemed to be the best for me; I also played soccer.
if you change how you eat you will dramatically see a difference. I also drank a lot of water but don’t get me wrong if I wanted to eat junk food I would eat it just not too often, like every now and then I would hit up red robins and get some grilled chicken with garlic fries I just made sure I would work out either that same day or the day after. I also played soccer and lots of it. One of the best investments I have ever made was buying a fitbit that kept me on track on pretty much everything from calories burned to calories I consumed, it’s something I will not regret buying
